Today was a better day at work. Today I was on the phones all day. I didn’t get too many new problems. Thank goodness I got a lot of work done but I am not all done. I know I will never be done. I had an old lady who called up about her refund for her hearing aid. She wants to know the status on it. The best part of the call is she can’t hear me. I wanted to ask her why you returned your aid. Another lady called up and trying to be her daughter. Then she asked about the visit I was like she didn’t give us the right to talk to her. She wasn’t happy with me Oh well.  Then my last phone call of the day was so much fun. I answer the phone and right off she want to talk to my boss. I was like can I help you with something. She went on with her question I answer all her questions but she still want to talk to my boss. I talked to my boss and she told me to ask the lady what question I didn’t answer. I got back on the phone and asked her and she was like you don’t want me to talk to your boss. So after a while my boss agrees to take the call. I will find out Friday to see what she said to my boss.

Well tomorrow is Friday and Danielle and I are planning on going to the gym after work. I hope we can start going three times a week, I really enjoy going to the gym, at first I thought I won’t like it but I do now. Hope in a month or so I will look thinner. Well I am going to get off of here and try to think of a new layout for my web page.

Well this week is half way over. Thank God. Today at work wasn’t too bad it was still busy like there is no tomorrow. I just don’t understand people on the phones. I had to pick up a call. The lady was like why you charging a late charge? I told her we don’t charge add up all the charges. She was looking at the past due. She just can’t add up 4 charges and one of them was past due. The amounts were easy to it was like $5, $5, $15, and $150. We also have a form that a patient can fill out if they can’t pay the bill so we can see about adjusting the balance off or lower the balance. We sent the form the patient then stated never got it. So we sent it another one. Then today I receive it and it was over a month old. On top of that on the form we need it back by ten days.

After work my wife Danielle and I went to the gym. I can tell we haven’t gone in a long time. I was beat after a mile on the treadmill. I need to do one or two miles ever time we go. I am hopping to go Friday. Well I think I am going to get off and relax some before going bed to have another work day. I know Thursdays are my phone days. I will be on the phone all day long. What so much fun I can’t wait.

Is it Friday yet? Today at work wasn’t the greatest. We are very short handed because a lot of people off because of jury duty. Anyway work is too busy but what can we do. I don’t know what to write about because I am not really into the mood to write. So I am getting off and watch something funny. So good night all

Well today is a wonderful Monday at work. The good thing was I wasn’t on the phone that much today. I had to work on the incoming mail with all the wonderful billing issues. Some people make me laugh about their billing issue. Today I answered a call that the patient stated that he paid a co pay on the date of service. He called last month about it and he stated he won’t show us proof. So he got me and he told me he paid with a credit card. I asked him to fax or mail a statement showing that charge. At first he didn’t want to then later in the call he agrees to send it. Anyway, work was pretty good over all.

Tonight I don’t know what we have planed. My wife and I probable going to watch some TV and relaxed. She is still tired from going to PA. She asked me today when she called me at work and asked me how I am feeling. I told her I am fine. I think she needs more sleep then me. We were talking about going over to PA again. I told her we can plan out a trip like ever other month. I told her it wasn’t that bad at all.

Well I am off of here to do some things before dinner. So I will leave with this quote I saw online.

Oh what a great weekend I had. My wife and I went to PA for our friend’s (Jenn) house for her son’s birthday. We left Friday night after work about 4:30 and we stopped to get something to eat and we got there about 8:30. Our plan was to stay up till Jenn’s husband to get home from work. However that didn’t work. He didn’t get home til 4:30 am. We went to bed about 11:00. We were too tried to say up. I don’t know how Jenn do it ever day but she does.

On Saturday we woke up and had Jenn’s son’s birthday party. We got him a gift card to toys r us. After the party we went swimming and it was great beside the water was cold at first. Jenn’s daughter is so cute in the water. She was all over the pool. Then after swimming we went back to the house. We got back about 8:30. Then about midnight we went to see The Dark Knight at the movies. We didn’t get back to Jenn’s house til 5:30 am.

On Sunday we got up and packed our stuff. We left and we got home about 6:00 pm. We are so tried but we had a great trip. Well I need to get ready for work Monday. I hope I can start blogging again. 

Tonight I am stopping at the store for Danielle. She is home sick, so I told her I would drop her purse off to be cleaned and pick up the grow lights for the back yard. She has a cold and is pretty bad. I hope she is feeling better soon. I hate to see her when she is sick. I am so going to pick up some chicken noodle soup at her favorite restaurant and her surprise her. When she is sick, she doesn’t eat, but I know she will eat the soup.

My Aunt called me couple days ago and told me about this garage sale she went too. My Aunt lives near St.Louis so I really don’t get to talk to her very often, but when we do get to talk it’s usually for awhile. My Aunt really loves garage sales. She even found some super cute Baby bedding for my nephew when he gets older. It was so nice of her to think of my nephew like that. That was super sweet. I need to get her a thank you card and a little gift to say thanks. She always thinks of Danielle and me.

I am thinking about trying out some Titanium Rings when Danielle and I get new wedding bands. We decided to get new wedding bands for our 5 year wedding anniversary that was July 5th 2008. Even thought we were not home for our anniversary, we are still planning on getting them. Danielle wants to wait until she looses her weight so she can wear a different size ring.

I can’t believe 5 years went by so fast. Its crazy how it flies so fast and you don’t even realize. I guess that’s what happens when you’re in love.

I am so thrilled that Danielle started to wear her body bug again. I know she wants to loose weight and I know it’s hard for her. I am willing to help her in any way that I can. I am here for her and will offer her all the support in the world. I remember when she called me screaming and crying at work telling me that Bob Harper was going to be a local Barns and Noble. I was so happy for that because she had worked so hard and she was being rewarded. I am also looking into some Tungsten Rings to get for her when she looses her weight.

I got a flyer in the mail at a jewelry store that just open and is having a grand opening event. They are having a huge sale on mens wedding bands and all different types of watches. We are going to check it out to see what they got. Can’t hurt to see what there offer right? We are going to go after hubby gets out of work.

Maybe I’ll find something cute there. I have not bought a piece of jewelry for myself in a long time and I am looking for a new piece.
